What's better than one action cheat in your hero deck? Two. People are looking at Kanan as an alternative to Old Rey but why not have both? This is a very straightforward blue deck that wants to throw as much damage as it can as quickly as possible. Padawan, Reaping The Crystal and It Binds All Things are going to make your weapons cheap. Imperial Armory - Death Star can help if you claim too. Rey will still cause issues with her action cheating, a solid target for Vibroknife and Force Speed. Kanan can help out by resolving dice ahead of actions and cheat those resolutions even further. Funeral Pyre makes sure your high cost weapons don't disappear before you get value from them and Force Illusion will protect anyone you want to keep on the board. Fearless is a solid shout to dig for the best weapons and will stack shields alongside Shoto Lightsaber if Vibro weapons aren't on the other side of the board. You don't have mitigation. This is a deck that races and capitalises on value. Clash will do some work and help you out too. Guard can be very effective but Force Misdirection and Kanan Jarrus - Rebel Jedi are so potent together. If Kanan Jarrus - Rebel Jedi is showing a focus you can turn one of your dice to something causing you problems on the other side of the board (melee or ranged are most common and Kanan has both on his die) and play Force Misdirection to remove all of it. Heroes are weak. We know that. But the speed this deck can generate might just get you ahead of the curve. Ancient Lightsaber, Force Illusion and shield generation should keep you alive long enough to smash face.
