Since FFG decided that Whiny and Shiny was overpowered (it was), Captain Phasma - Ruthless Tactician was tossed aside for other characters. But now, she returns with a fellow shiny that had the same fate, papa Jango Fett - Lethal Mercenary himself!
So far this deck is undefeated, including against Palpatine - Galactic Emperor
Against such characters with big dice and big cost, Cable Launcher is your best friend on Jango Fett - Lethal Mercenary with his interrupt activation.
When fighting against slower decks, Drop Zone helps gain even more damage to make up for their larger health pool.
Other than that, we got guns and the usual yellow tricks like Fight Dirty and Bait and Switch.
Have fun with this very shiny combo!

I think you have not enough removal to be competitive. Replace Truce with One-Quarter Portion, Recon with He Doesn't Like You and you have more chances to win. |

And yet this deck has taken down top meta decks with the current setup. Don't forget that cable launcher and on the hunt both contribute to mitigation. This deck bursts down enemies, the ultimate form of mitigation. Fine-tuning can be done to suit anyone's playstyle but this deck as designed is very competitive. There's a balance between over-mitigation and aggro. This deck does dance a fine line but to say "more chances to win" I think is a stretch. It has already proven it can and does win. Take it for a test drive, see what you think. |

Any thoughts on good substitutes for one of the holdout blasters and one of the x-8 night sniper? |

I Like the combination. What are your thoughts about Logistics instead of truce We have them now instead of recon Do you play capt phasma blaster that often ? I d have liked some room for filp ; ) |

I usually overwrite late game for Captain Phasma's Blaster and I use truce because of ambush. Recon can be used on an opponents dice while We Have Them Now cannot. |

I took à try on deck changing 5 or 6 cards (logistics, he doesnt like you, friend in low places) It went good, win vs MazHeraTi, win vs Windu. Trooper and qui gon/kanan. Very refreshing and fun to play. Only one loose to Palpatine, couldnt get cable launcher. And he got mind probe Round 1,force lightning round 2 and rise again 2nd mind probe round 3 : p pretty lucky :p |

Tough to beat Palpatine if he gets 2x mind probe and force lightning out early, regardless of which deck you're playing. |

I have a feeling this will be easier to answer once product is actually in hand. Here in the US we'll be getting our first physical cards in a few days. I know cmdrrex557 personally and he'll want to see the cards and tinker with the deck, for sure. Lot of good stuff coming. |

This is a great deck--I've had first-hand experience with it and it's a beast! Great deck cmdrrex557, really like this one. It's strong, consistent and bursty. That cable launcher versus big characters is devastating on Jango. Get a combo of cable launcher and on the hunt on Jando, use his ability to activate and then resolve--so brutal. Awesomesauce.
