Note: This is an older deck post from Legacies release week in February.

This deck came together after looking up different kinds of death trooper decks on this site, and I fell in love with the idea of Phasma with 2 death troopers. with the goal of getting her blaster out as soon as possible, thus making your opponent pay for focusing on her first.

Endless Ranks is the crutch of the deck. If you can play it twice, odds are you will win, most decks can't eat through 50 health. But if you can only play it once, or not at all, the deck falters.

I'm still unsure whether or not I want to switch Wingman out for Command Bridge, but I know for sure I need to get more redeploy guns in the deck.

Chance Cube also could probably get cut for something else, as I have found I can make plenty of resources without it.

Casual Competitive Report: 4-4

Day 1

eDoctor Aphra - Artifact Hunter/TIE Pilot/TIE Pilot - Loss. First match was against a player who got elite Aphra out of his first box, and wanted to make a deck with her. This was an endless ranks/support deck. We both played 2 endless ranks, but his deck had more firepower in the end with 4 supports in play.

eBoba Fett - Deadly Mercenary/eCaptain Phasma - Ruthless Tactician - Win. This match was very different from the rest. I got Captain Phasma's Blaster out turn one thanks to an opponent's Truce. with that I killed my opponent's phasma before any of my characters died. Then in the late game, after I played endless ranks once, and got my other one discarded, I played the T-7 Ion Disruptor Rifle and did 10 damage in two turns on Boba.

eAdmiral Ackbar - Perceptive Tactician/eChirrut Îmwe - Blind Warrior - Loss. This matchup was against one of Nic's crazy creations of throwing two characters together that have a 30 point total and making them work. After mulligan I ended up with both endless ranks in my starting hand, and both were discarded by my opponent. After that my deck just couldn't deal enough damage to win.

Palpatine - Galactic Emperor/Veteran Stormtrooper - Win. This was against a newer player who drew palpatine out of a pack, and wanted to make a deck around 1-die palp. In this matchup I hit both endless ranks, and after two turns in a row of Tactical Mastery into We Have Them Now finished off the match.

Day 2

eSabine Wren - Explosives Expert/eEzra Bridger - Force-sensitive Thief - Loss. Sabine hit hard and fast. I was only able to get one endless ranks off, while I ate through 2 second chances and was only able to have 9 damage on Sabine at the end of the game.

eAayla Secura - Jedi General/Maz Kanata - Pirate Queen/Clone Trooper - Win. This was against a newer player wanting to make a rainbow weapons deck. I was able to get three guns down by the end of turn 2, thanks to double aftermath and didn't need to play endless ranks to secure the win.

eBoba Fett - Deadly Mercenary/eCaptain Phasma - Ruthless Tactician - Loss. Going up against Boba/Phasma again, except this time all of my endless ranks and my t-7 gun were at the bottom of my deck, and needless to say boba/phasma hits hard.

eMother Talzin - Nightsister Matriarch/eKallus - Agent of the Empire - Win. This was a weird final match up, as it almost went to time. I killed Talzin early, but Kallus just kept surviving. With two force illusions, he withstood a lot of my damage. He almost had me with one death trooper left at 3 health, but I drew my last endless ranks and was able to play it in time to save me, and roll lethal against him.

Overall, it's a fun, and interseting stall deck. I do believe in running two troopers and a thrid character, not 3 troopers. My main resoning is because I feel Phasma's die early game can help set up for a more successful late game. I am working on a different spin off of this deck and I will post about it in the future! As always comments and suggestions are welcome!
