Why are you skipping out on F-11D Blaster RIfle? It seems like an instant pick with 4 damage-dealing sides and redeploy. Cut Leadership for it, because I don't see why you would ever want to miss out on Grievous' great dice.
Also, I feel that you are running too many events. This character line up calls for all out aggro. You only have 18 health, which may be the lowest possible combination. You need to be killing characters to be taking advantage of Bala and Grievous' character abilities. Cards you should run; Backup Muscle, Probe, Electroshock (risky with only Bala-Tik, but still better then Take Cover). Cards you should cut; Take Cover, Scramble, Leadership, Disarm (because you need to be killing), Aim (arguable, if you run F-11D and Jetpacks along with your other blasters). I would give Flamethrower a look too.
