I have not gotten to play this updated version of this deck. I took out Holdout Blasters for Cunning. Even before this change I was regulary proccing Hera for my vehicles.
It plays like a control deck just long enough for you to perma keep your vehicles via quad jumper. But I see this deck having a problem with Thrawn hitting your quadjumpers in hand. The amount or resource sides on the dice for the deck are higher than average for most of decks so eventually you could out right play some mid game. But that's a dire back up.
Getting lead by example on Hera with a c3-po is the set up you want to use Partnership or hit and run on. If you can't hit Hera's special then 3P0 will do it. The addition of cunning in early game on Finn makes him a threat just long enough until Hera dies. But having played a few games, he's pulled his weight with his 2 .
I will be tweaking as necessary, its a fun deck that definitely can demoralize unprepared decks. But it does have its weaknesses. The newer version has Strategic Planning instead of It's a Trap!.
