First list with the new Poe. Took it for a spin and it performed great beating down several decks. Still tweaking but it has a lot going for it, Poe seems an optimal support. Either he rolls in damage, focuses and shields or at worst gives resource. No plus damage to worry about either. Strategy is simple and you will claim often, upgrade Han and keep him alive by getting rid of Vibroknife die to keep his shields viable. Swiftness will chain into multiple die removal. Alternate version I run has the wookie Bowcaster for redploy instead, I often overwrite the DL44 with it when Han gets low. Also Honor Guard is a possibility instead of Electroshock or Lloth.

Lose Swiftness and Logistics for Dug in and DH-17 Blaster Pistol to add damage consistency and you've got yourself a deck.

Also, Starship Graveyard - Jakku isn't a great match for these two. Maybe run something for economy like Moisture Farm - Tatooine and lose the Outmaneuver (for Infamous perhaps) or go full nasty and try for Carbon-freezing Chamber - Bespin shenanigans like Han/Snap

I like swiftness for the double ambush, tossing two shields at Han isn't bad plus the dice removal shenanigans. Logistics could go I suppose, Dug in is a good choice. I'm not a fan of the DH 17 as much and with all the money you roll in I feel they aren't as necessary. The battlefield is definitely going, I think I just tossed one in without looking at the time. lol

Moisture farm it is, Outmaneuver could go then. I was debating infamous mostly because it won't get used as much. Maybe Honor Guard?

I think your number of removal cards is great, I would only add Honor Guard if I was removing something else. I promise, the DH-17 is the best "money-for-damage" upgrade in the game, two blanks or not. It has three damage sides! That being said, I think people are too afraid of the two blanks. And you can always overwrite it next turn while having the extra buck for removal.

Infamous gives you the same additional removal Ambush synergy as swiftness without needing to be paid for multiple times. I love Han, use him a lot...I want that dollar that I just spent on swiftness to instead pay for his 3 damage side.

This is my Han/Snap list (modifications in the comments) and I think you can run this almost the exact same way, just damage emphasis instead of choke emphasis

And of course that's an old one. Sorry! Wish you could edit comments on here

No worries, I'm used to it. Wish we could edit published decks too without republishing them. That deck is familiar with Snaps, I ran a similar version similar to it once. It's where I thought of this one with Poe instead. He just lays out good dice constantly, nothing he rolls is ever really bad. The 2 resolve is breadwinner all the time. Worst case scenario he rolls in resources, which is hardly bad. I see your point on swiftness and I kind of agree, I'm still torn though. Big thing is that it works on red cards for me, so I can ambush in whatever I choose rather than it just being yellow.

Still it might be better, I'll toss it out and try infamous and see if I miss it. The DH-17 used to go in all my red decks too, I was trying to wiggle other cards in and it seemed like a good drop. I honestly prefer shoving in the Bowcaster instead, it hits hard and with redeploy it's an easy overwrite for the DL 44.

Ultimately, play what works for YOU! I love Bowcasters, I just can't ever afford them with Han, except in Han/Maz where I can dictate pretty much every roll. Another weird but cool option for battlefield might be Cargo Hold - Eravana so you could conceivably move a Second Chance over to Poe. Although I'm sure people will be gunning for Han first.

If not, they should be.

Oh I know, I also like the input! Please by all means, keep it coming. I often just overwrite the DL44, for 1 more it's just plain better by a county mile. Even if they gun for han though by the time they off him Poe is loaded up with his own blaster (which is surprisingly great) and then he gets those juicy redeploys. Next turn he lays someone out easy. ;)

Honestly, other than the redeploy, I prefer the DL-44 Heavy Blaster Pistol. For me, it consistently hits better damage more often. Obviously the 4 for 1 is the golden roll on the Bowcaster, but I hit the 3 or the 3 for 1 on the DL so much more. Definitely a good overwrite if Han is about to bite it, though

Masume 1306

The Bowcaster sides are better though, it has more average damage. All it loses is 1 damage on it's black side, the other two sides gain 1. It also loses the blank and gains the damage on the special. ;)
