DO YOU LOVE REBELS? DO YOU ENJOY MONO-YELLOW? DO YOU PREFER TO PLAY HEROES OVER VILLAINS? AND MOST OF ALL, DO YOU LOVE DECKS THAT GO "PEWPEWPEW?" Well then, this may be the deck for YOU!!!!

Enjoy my take on eSabine Wren - Explosives Expert and eEzra Bridger - Force-sensitive Thief as I believe that this deck will be one of the top decks to play this format. I'll go over my card choices with detailed explanations as to why they've been selected.

CHARACTERS: Sabine Wren - Explosives Expert is a monster in this game, playing her elite at 20 points. Her ability to play a weapon from your discard pile is BONKERS!! allowing you to equip weapons that have ambush giving you that extra action to defeat your opponent very early in the game. The sides on her are amazing allowing you to resolve 2, 3, 3with a cost of 1, 1, and 1 as quickly as possible with that extra action. With that being said, she's so versatile, in which you are able to play aggro, or even control your opponent. I especially love the 3 and to roll that out and resolve early in the first round makes up for not rolling her damage sides. Nothing says PEWPEWPEW than Sabine Wren - Explosives Expert.

Ezra Bridger - Force-sensitive Thief is here to support Sabine, playing him elite at 10 points. Why do I play Ezra? That extra 2 character instead of a 1 character from Admiral Ackbar - Perceptive Tactician, Rebel Commando, Rey - Force Prodigy etc. goes a long way, especially late game. His sides support Sabine's ranged damage sides as his partnership with Sabine can potentially roll out a max of 10 damage! PEWPEWPEW! He is also reliable for his 1 and his allowing you to play those events and upgrades when you need the money. Ezra taking a from an opponent is very handy, and who doesn't like taking money from an opponent? Unfortunately he is at 7 health, but is underrated for his ability within the game state.

My choice for the battlefield is Starship Graveyard - Jakku. The reason as to why this battlefield fits so well with this deck is because you're able to recycle upgrades and supports back onto the top of your deck, keeping that annoying lock on your opponent each round, especially late in the game. (A lock I will get into further in this writeup). If you think you're at a lost and your opponent plays Rend and gets rid of your Fast Hands or Running Interference no need to worry, it'll be back on top of the deck. I tried Maz's Castle - Takodana as well as Docking Bay - Finalizer and Secret Facility - Scarif and I just don't think these battlefields do enough to sustain a consistent tempo throughout the game. Getting those upgrades and supports, especially Second Chance back on top of the deck, means everlasting health for both Sabine or Ezra. So for these reasons, Starship Graveyard - Jakku is a must.

UPGRADES: This is a PEWPEWPEW deck!! You want to deal a minimum of 3 - 6 damage every round to your opponent, and if you're not doing that, you're not winning. Obviously you'll be caught off guard with your opponent mitigating your die here and there, but this deck is PEWPEWPEW crazy!! Unfortunately I don't have my hands on 2 X-8 Night Sniper so stacking the additional actions fall short, but these upgrades make up for not having that awesome gun.

DL-44 Heavy Blaster Pistol in this deck is busted. Imagine having two in round one, with a Truce or Smuggling. With these cards you can remove three of an opponents and still get that extra action with Sabine's ability. Smuggling or Truce will give you that extra and then when you're set, play DL-44 Heavy Blaster Pistol from your hand, override it with another one, then activate Sabine attaching this weapon onto her, for 3 dice removal. SO GOOD!! PEWPEWPEW!! Having Ambush weapons and cards in this deck, allow Sabine to do a lot of damage, a lot of PEWPEWPEW!!

Holdout Blaster is here to keep the ambush game in this deck alive, and once again, gives you that additional action when activating Sabine.

Because I don't have X-8 Night Sniper I am playing Thermal Detonator and Thermal Paint utilizing Sabine's ability to the fullest. Why do I play these? Having Infamous in the deck allows you to give Thermal Detonator and Thermal Paint ambush when using Sabine's ability. This definitely makes up for not having the snipers. Even Thermal Detonator sides do the work when you can't roll the but both cards guarantee damage or control. Thermal Paint is great because if your opponent is down to their last character, all you have to do is activate Sabine and select this weapon from the discard pile instead. Goes a long way and is an automatic PEWPEWPEW haha!

Second Chance is a must because you may find yourself stuck with Ezra, but again, being able to loop it with our battlefield, should allow both Sabine and Ezra to be active throughout the entire game.

And lastly for the upgrades, Fast Hands, which I think is a must for a deck like this, even when the ambush weapons + Sabine's ability is fast hands on steroids. I play fast hands because it opens the possibility of your opponent not playing the game, leaving them to watch you do your stuff and PEWPEWPEW!! This is why Running Interference and Infamous are in the deck. If done right, at the beginning of the round, you play a card in hand giving it the ambush keyword with Infamous, then exhaust Running Interference [opponent can't play a card in hand], followed by attaching any ambush weapon from your discard pile onto Sabine activating her, then exhaust the other Running Interference [opponent cannot activate character], and after activating her Fast Hands whatever sides you can thats on Sabine, and with that ambush from the weapon you just played on her, CLAIM!! It's that simple. If you're able to get this lock, you have just sealed yourself a guarantee win.

EVENTS: For dice mitigation I play Electroshock, Loth-Cat and Mouse, and Negotiate. Mitigating dice is still an asset when playing this deck, getting rid of any sides that can potentially ruin your plans for the loop. Plus with Infamous on board they automatically become ambush cards.

Smuggling and Truce are here to give you that extra money for other 3 cost cards like Never Tell Me The Odds. A busted PEWPEWPEW play is activating Sabine with a DL-44 Heavy Blaster Pistol rolling her out, and then using the ambush from the DL-44 and playing Never Tell Me The Odds comboed with Infamous, dishing out a max 12-14 PEWPEWPEW!!

Hyperspace Jump is a fantastic card in this deck. As you slowly get the pieces to lock your opponent from playing the game, it allows you to end the action phase and switch out your opponent's battlefield with Starship Graveyard - Jakku if you did not win the dice roll. I'd say it secures the loop indeed and dishes out more damage PEWPEWPEW!! Making your opponent lose those possible turns to dish out damage to you, or mill you out is so soooo good, and Hyperspace Jump just saves our ass haha!!

Unpredictable is an interesting card and I play it for 2 reasons. 1 it has ambush, and 2 it allows you to re-roll your or your opponent's . In every game I've played so far, I've played Unpredictable and it has never disappointed me. Getting that extra chance to re-roll a damage side on Sabine or any of the weapons, then resolving that damage speaks PEWPEWPEW volumes.

FINAL REMARKS: I have seen some builds that play Scavenge which is a great card to play as you get to see your upgrades in the discard pile, and your supports to your hand, but I just feel that every card in this particular build is vital. So I scrapped that. Once again, if you love fast decks that go PEWPEWPEW and defeat your opponent in an instant, this deck may be the deck for you!

Special thanks goes out to users ArchitectGaming, MatCouz @ Chance Cube & RxDevera. Drew inspitrations from these decklists and created my own. Much love to these users for uploading their decklists!!

If any of you guys think there is something missing with this deck or have suggestions as to how to make it better, by all means go for it!! Go for the PEWPEWPEW!! #SabineTheAmbushQueen
