My daughter pulled a Yoda - Wizened Master a few weeks back, so when I pulled one in a draft last week, I knew I had to make her a deck with him.
I love the Combo of Chewbacca - Loyal Friend & Force Throw- you get to double dip with your opponent's dice! I added Cunning and Emperor's Throne Room - Death Star II to help make sure your specials can go off. The Ascension Gun is insurance if you lose the start roll, more specials if you don't. Finally, I put in 2X Roguish Charm so Chewie can cancel out his if force throw isn't an option.
Chewie has mixed damage sides, so I built for that with Zeb Orrelios' Bo-Rifle & Force Training, then figured since this will slow things down I should go all out with Force Wave to stick it 3 wide decks. Yellow Melee means Vibrocutlass to me, so in one goes. Special chaining may be enough to keep the speed decent, we shall see.
Pirate Speeder Tank, & Millennium Falcon are in. Yoda decks can build some bank, and those big dice give you another option to throw if your opponent resolves quicker than you can exploit.
Bravado is a special request (her favorite event). Add in Entangle, Electroshock, & Loth-Cat and Mouse for die control, Let The Wookiee Win for flavor and Truce for a little cash- this should be a fun deck! Q&C always welcome!
