Hi! I am a new player so any feedback is welcome! Thanks for looking!

This is a deck I started 3 weeks ago, the first time I ever opened destiny cards. I got a Tobias Beckett - Thief For Hire and a Val - Headstrong Renegade as well as a Tobias Beckett's Rifle and Grappling Boa. Therefore, I thought I'd make a Beckett/Val deck. I have since gotten them both elite. This is only 29 points, but I haven't found a 1 cost plot that fits. I have also gotten some more weapons and an array of supports/events.

In particular, looking at the current meta of Thrawn/Snoke, resource hate seems like a good idea. I feel like this deck is lacking some low cost mitigation. It only has one 0-cost mitigation in Hasty Exit (Paid Off is really 2 cost).

I have yet to really play test this deck extensively, but I will over the next couple weeks and then make updates. In the meantime any suggestions you have would be appreciated! I am open to cards from the older set, as I do intend to play standard in the next few months, however I currently only own cards from most recent trilogy (though I could trade for older cards).

Future Ideas (Suggestions wanted and needed! Thanks):

Add more mitigation (especially low-cost) and replace By Any Means. I'm not keen on dealing damage to myself. Suggestions?

Against more vehicles in the meta I could add some more Sidestep, Vandalize or Shock Tactic. Suggestions?

Adding a few more weapons/upgrades. I have a second Tobias Beckett's Rifle but am currently not playing it, should I? I want add one or two Black Sun Blaster Pistol. Bartering and Underhanded Tactics could be good too. Any other recommendations?

Battlefield: Arid Wasteland - Geonosis or Mos Espa Arena - Tatooine could be better than Bendu's. Especially, if I somehow fit in 2x Sebulba's Podracer.
