Made for a newer player in our group. This is meant to be a flexible hero vehicle platform that will remain in standard for a good while. Gungan Warrior can be swapped out for Biggs Darklighter - Rebellion Ace without AR. This also works as an X-Wing deck with cards like Insight, but the price of X-Wings then disqualifies it as a budget deck.
Some alternate removal would be Outgun but this may be better if running R2 Astromech and Rebel Engineer to fetch mods quickly. Satine Kryze - Hope of Mandalore and Lor San Tekka - True Believer will be a great base for this deck for the next couple of years, so it is a budget deck but also has great value for the money you spend.
