This deck is a very good low-cost (in resources) mill/discard deck composed by 3 characters. It has 26 lifes and 4 dices start. Each dice on each character has 1 discard face plus the 3 focus faces on both Padmé Amidala - Resolute Senator dices that can be resolved as indirect damage to mill 2 cards from the deck of the opponent while both Jedha Partisan are alive. Other focus on Bartering and Resistance Ring can do indirect damage too while Padmé Amidala - Resolute Senator is alive. The goal of the deck is to keep all characters alive the longest I can by mitigating, blocking and healing damage. It can also win a mill race the way it is constructed.

The upgrades and supports cost 1 resource except for Stealthy which cost 2 but help a lot to mill 1 or 2 or 3 cards with it's special combined with a character dice value in the pool. Also, it can help Riot Shield block 1 more damage because it gives the "trooper" subtype to the character on which it is placed.

The mitigation suite is very good with: 2 Suppressive Fire, 2 Easy Pickings, 2 Electroshock, 2 Entangle, 2 Flank and 2 Into The Garbage Chute for a total of 12 mitigation cards. And there is other way to deal with damages with: 2 Riot Shield, 2 Field Medic and 2 First Aid. For Field Medic and First Aid, they can also be replayed from the discard with the Resistance Ring special.

Other events that are key to this deck are: Impulsive and No Answer. Impulsive on a focus symbol can empty a hand with all the discard symbol available on dices. No Answer can empty the hand and mill 3 cards from the deck plus it can be reused with the Resistance Ring special.

Having character's dices with 2 faces out of 6 being a 2 or 3 for their value makes Stealthy very interesting in this deck milling the value on a character dice without removing it from the pool.

I mulligan for this: Stealthy, Bartering, First Aid and 2 mitigation cards.

I choose the opponent battlefield and I put 1 shield on both Jedha Partisan if I have First Aid in my starting hand. Else, I put both shields on Padmé Amidala - Resolute Senator.

I can provide shields to my characters with Hired Muscle, Resistance Ring and Stealthy.

The 2-cost cards in the deck are: 2 Stealthy and 2 Entangle. Every other cards cost 1 or 0 making this deck able to play 2 cards by round often.
