Is there any better deck than this one in convergence to mill an opponent while playing villain? I don't know.
Wullf Yularen - ISB Colonel, 2 discard side and 2 focus side plus a resource side with a good power action becoming better has the game advance is one good character for the mill. Sly Moore - Aide to the Emperor is another good character for the mill for the same reason as Wullf Yularen - ISB Colonel. Jabba The Hutt - Influential Kingpin is also there for focus , resource and discard. The advantage of a mill is that your opponent does not play often a card to remove a dice as he wants to keep cards in his hand. With 29 lifes, many mitigation cards and good mill cards, this deck race to the win.
A rare use of Way of the Force is made here to put another Wullf Yularen - ISB Colonel or Sly Moore - Aide to the Emperor dice if Sly Moore - Aide to the Emperor is still alive.
