No need for weapons round 1, HARD mulligan for hand disruption cards, Face the Enemy and Probe, and 1 Downgrade.
If you rid their hand of mitigation round 1, you can easily get to 10+ damage with 3 dice being auto-focused.
Best opening hand is Face the Enemy, The Best Defense..., Wanted, Focused Fire, Probe.
