This is a straightforward lightsaber combat variant of my Reylo Holocrons deck.
Get It Binds All Things down early, and play a 3-cost lightsaber cheaply for 1 resource with Reaping The Crystal. Mulligan for both of those cards.
The lightsabers here have no pay sides, 19 sides dealing straight damage, and only 4 damage sides with modifiers. 5 of the 7 have Redeploy. Aiming for consistent damage and resource efficiency. This is why the likes of Maul's Lightsaber and Darth Vader's Lightsaber are not included. Unmodified damage sides will be important after Kylo goes down because Rey's dice are of course not great by themselves.
14 cards are zero cost, so you can focus most of your resources on lightsabers. That said, Conflicted is too good to leave out - not to mention thematic - and Polarity still has decent value with these iterations of the characters. I like Loth-Wolf Bond for the shields and the tempo advantage, especially combined with Force Speed.
R2-D2 improves consistency.
Other card possibilities include thematic weapon choices like Kylo Ren's Lightsaber and Luke Skywalker's Lightning Rod, and Torment on Kylo to help fund your lightsabers. It would be nice to get Beguile in there. I also like No Mercy for the surprise kill potential of your primary target, or Treason for its late game damage swing kill potential when your opponent is down to one character.
