This is my control deck which the goal is to limit cards played and resources gained.
Local Garrison is key and you want that in your hand at the start. Everything else works off of it.
Other key cards are Disarm, Confiscate and Thermal Detonator.
My Kind of Scum and Underworld Connections are bonus type cards and might either be cut down to one or removed all together to fit in a couple Outposts.
