First attempt at SoR villain mill/control deck. I plan on making many changes as I figure out all the things wrong with my initial concept. Any and all suggestions welcome as I am very new to theory crafting ;)

I think a lot of people are saying you can resolve Blackmail with Fast Hands before they can pay a resource yo remove it.

@jamrockThat is an interesting idea. In general I'm kind of okay with taking away their resource with the Blackmail as another form of control. I give Fast Hands a shot to see how it feels though.

@jamrock You are correct. Fast Hands happens as a part of a reaction to activating a character. As part of activating the character, you roll all character and upgrade dice. As part of Fast Hands, you may resolve a die after you activate attached character. THEN your opponent would have the opportunity to pay a resource on Blackmail, which you have already (hopefully) used Fast Hands to resolve.
