It mills really fast. i find myself healing and protecting more the RT than Padme or Maz. Learn how to abuse the power of guardian and they will never see it coming. Like i said, this deck mills really fast. I played a 3 game tournament last week and 2 of my games i won with 10 minutes to spare. Both decks had Tie Pilots, but guess what, Guardian laughs hard at Pilot's ability. It was still hard for my Electroshocks and Flanks. Finally, Double-Dealing is the real deal here!

With how guardian is written I don't think it get's around the Tie Pilot ability.

GUARDIAN Before a character with Guardian activates, its owner may remove one die showing damage (k or j) from their opponent’s dice pool to deal damage equal to the value showing on the die removed to the activating Guardian character. (RRG, Page 18)

@justrick "you may resolve" ...Big difference!

I dropped hyperspace jump for a thermal det and the dug ins from another ammo belt and lone operative. I just find that I'm never able to claim so the dug in just gets used for reroll. Similar reasoning for the hyperspace jump to get dropped.

@Steady That's incorrect. They have confirmed that the wording on the cards, even in SoR, isn't correct for guardian. It removes, not resolves, like the rules say, not the card. Doesn't help against tie pilot.

Wow, I didn't know there was a discrepancy on the texte between the reminder and the actual rule book. You learn new things everyday. However, the Guardian ability is still really good agaist the Tie Pilot since his dice only protects other dice and not itself. You can still target him with Guardian if there is only one of them.
