Get rid of all of your opponents cards and make sure to get upgrades out fast. The reason you should play on Jedi Temple - Coruscant instead of Command Center - Lothal is because 1. That way you can not lose your upgrades and 2. This might trigger Admiral Ackbar - Perceptive Tactician ability and they will target him instead of Padme Amidala - Queen of Naboo who you want alive.
